Book a private bedroom at 10 Buick Street, in a shared apartment. 10 Buick Street is an air-conditioned residence hall located at Boston University. You will share the apartment with others attending the conference. Rooms are available from Tuesday, May 30-Monday, June 5.

Each shared apartment contains 4 private bedrooms and 2 shared bathrooms.

• $96.50 per person per night - Private, single-occupancy bedroom in a shared apartment, shared bathroom (4 persons per suite)

• Overnight Parking on campus can be purchased as an 'add on' for $90. The pass is valid for up to 7 nights. Lot location, instructions, and a QR code will be emailed prior to arrival. If you don't opt to purchase in-advance, overnight parking will be available for $50 per night.

• This booking site will close on Friday, May 26th at 10am.

10 Buick Details:

• Each bedroom has a desk with a chair, dresser, and closet. Beds are made upon arrival and include sheets, blanket, comforter, and bath towels (daily housekeeping is not provided).
• A shared living area contains a table and chairs, couch, and a kitchen with a refrigerator, sink, stove, and microwave oven (cookware and utensils not provided).
• Check-in starts at 3:00 pm and check-out by 11:00 am. There is an on-call front desk attendant available 24 hours a day.
• The building has 24-hour front desk security and free guest WiFi.
• All individuals must have their own room reservation. Overnight guests are not permitted. Each bedroom accommodates one person.

Cancellation Policy and other booking details: Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before anticipated arrival to receive a refund, therefore reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please consider purchasing travel insurance in case you need to cancel.

Suitemate requests: You can request to share your apartment with another conference attendee on your order form after clicking 'Reserve Your Spot'. Apartments are typically all same gender unless a specific request is made otherwise. Rooms are assigned based on requested "suitemates", gender identity, arrival date, and length of stay. We will do our best to honor requests for suitemates but requests are not guaranteed.
